Hey I know you're probably never going to see this and if you do you're probably going to ignore it. I've been looking at your product for a while now but just yesterday I checked the price, I was shocked. I was saving up to buy this for my Pop but I only had $800 Aud. My Pop has been struggling to get a good night's sleep for a while now. He often complains about the heat or the cold. He's also been stressed a lot lately so that would play a part. Traditional AC units not only trump this extravagance in cost-effectiveness but also reign supreme in energy efficiency. This entire concept is beyond absurd, and I fervently wish for its demise. I have commented on every single video and short your company has produced…. I don’t exactly imagine my efforts will change some huge company shift or even be noticed by your CEO. But, it doesn’t change the fact that your subscription based service is garbage. It is clever and easily guaranteed profitability, I applaud the clever mind who came up with it. But it doesn’t change it’s unethical practice. The company while I’m sure is extremely wealthy is losing thousands of buyers who will not or cannot pay so much.
